The youth film festival and photography competition, iLEAD-O-Scope 2019, presented by iLEAD in association with ‘hoichoi’ took place at the iLEAD campus on February 23rd 2019. The theme of this year’s iLEAD-O-Scope had been ‘Kindness of Strangers’. Director Soumik Chatterjee of Chirodini Tumi Je Amar 2 fame attended the inaugural ceremony as the Guest of Honour.
